Oak Point Fresh Market’s first Old Soul Bourbon (Cathead Distillery) pick is now available at both locations!

This almost 5 1/2 year old MGP-sourced distillate was aged 100% in Mississippi. Though it comes in strong at 109°, the nose is virtually alcohol free, but full of buttery/creamy brown sugar goodness.

Light fruit on the palate with more buttery oak notes followed by a long, sweet finish.

Proud to put our name on this one! One of our better picks if I say so myself

Probably one of my favorite pours over the last year from one of my favorite producers — “Split Stave by Kelvin” Bourbon from Four Gate Whiskey Company. 🥃

Kentucky straight bourbon that undergoes a secondary aging in custom barrels built by Kelvin Cooperage. The truly unique thing about these finishing barrels is that they are constructed using both toasted AND charred new American white oak staves.

That incredible craftsmanship paired with Chief Barrel Officer Bob D’Antoni’s ability to select sourced barrels result in a match made in whiskey heaven!

Four Gate has its critics due to a less than budget-friendly price point, but this is an exceptional pour for the aficionado and the enthusiast alike!
