Fear is what prevents you from accomplishing something. You are the ONLY one who makes the decisions about what you choose to believe, whether it's fear of not doing it well, fear of failure, or fear of risking vulnerability.

Life is a balance; exercise your positive thoughts (ex. remembering we are worthy no matter what) and work through our negative ones (ex. what fear is stopping you from thinking that you’re worthy and how can we learn and grow from those experiences and rise above).
