Friendly reminder THIS SATURDAY is our 7th anniversary party! Doors are open at noon & members can get in early at 11am. This is a non-ticketed event and open to the public the whole day.

With the party quickly approaching we wanted to preview the first Anniversary beer being released at the party!

After an amazing Whale Rider day this summer, originally there were no plans to create a Whale Rider release for the anniversary. But what would a anniversary be, without our annual Whale Rider release? 

🍁 MAPLE WHALE RIDER - IMPERIAL STOUT - 15% 🐋

This year, we pulled a 10 year Willett Bourbon single barrel that has housed our base Cavernous release for 24 months. This 15% stout is full bodied, with notes of fig, dark fruit, vanilla, oak, and semi-sweet chocolate. After transferring the beer out of barrels, we then hit the beer with 1.5 lbs per a gallon of coconut and 1.5 lbs of vanilla per a bbl. Utilizing fresh Vermont maple syrup, we recirculated these ingredients for over a week to bring a balance of barrel, base stout and mild sweetness. One of the things we have been working on dillengtly the last few years is creating a balance of decadence and barrel. Utliziling sweeter ingredients without making the beer cloying With all flavors present, this one is sure to be a treat amongst Whale Rider fans and stout fans alike. 👀

🍁🐋 MAPLE WHALE RIDER - IMPERIAL STOUT - 15%
Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon barrels with toasted coconut, raw coconut, Madagascar vanilla beans, and maple syrup. 🔥
