, what a perfect place to head over for apres ski! Henry and his team have been supporting the staff up at .hotham.resort, which let's be honest, without them the mountain wouldn't run.

Boris the 200kg Sambar stag has exquisite taste, and loves our sour cherry sour cider! So head down there, tell them Rebel sent you and share a bottle with a mate. Once you taste it, the only issue you'll find is actually having to share it!

Full steam ahead! I've managed to merge my love of skiing with .cider! Head down to one of my favourite spots .hotham.resort to grab a cold refreshing sour cherry sour cider after a long day on the slopes. As refreshing as it gets! There's limited stock. Have you ever craved a cherry forward, well balanced farmhouse sour cider? Probably not, as it didn't really exist until now. After 5 years of painstaking experimentation, we've now got a sour cider that has characteristics of a Belgian sour beer, like a , yet still distinctly a cider, with the complexity of a fine wine, without any added sulphites. Curious?

My passion for cider began in Europe. In 2016, upon my return to Australia, I struggled to easily get my hands on decent cider. This is where my brewer’s journey began. With my father at my side, apple juicer in hand, we started experimenting in a little garage in the suburbs of Melbourne. Inspired by the great Belgian soured fruit beers, we turned our hands at creating a sour cider. Fast forward to the present, after combining the creativity of a modern-day craft brewer, with that of a traditional cider and wine maker, a truly unique wild fermented cider was born. An aged apple cider, tempting you with luscious lashings of sour cherries, without the added sulfites or preservatives. This bottle conditioned cider will benefit from further aging, developing more funk and complexity over time.
