The shop is closed today and we’re still reeling from all of your support!! We had the best day in the history of the shop (‼️) yesterday and it was truly an honor to have so many of our community members trust us to help pick out the perfect bottle for your holiday tables! We’re so thankful that you’ve chosen us to be your community bottleshop. We’ve got the best team and today we’re going to spend the day with our families doing a little reflecting and recharging. But we’ll be back open tomorrow for you and we look forward to seeing you all! We hope you all have the best day- drink well!

✨🌟Our Quintarelli Queen Jess is glowing! 🌟✨We are over-the-moon to welcome the very best and exceedingly rare Valpolicella Classico Superiore in the world to our shelves! If you’re going to splurge on a bottle for your holiday table, this is definitely it- bar none. Think Hood strawberry, Angeleno plums, hazelnut, rustic hardy herbs, restrained floral black pepper, a tingling acidity, and supremely well-integrated tannins. You need this and there aren’t many places you’re going to find it!!

We were pretty honored today to have Hans Reisetbauer (aka eau-de-vie royalty) stop by and taste us on his wares today! This is an oft-maligned and rarely delved-into category but we couldn’t be more excited to have what he makes on our shelves! We’ve never tasted any distillates that are more essential and true to their fruit (or veggies!) than these stunners. We’ve got a few in stock and more on the way and you’re going to want these for sprucing up all your holiday drinks! And if you’re a creative cocktail mind, you’re a fool to not have a bottle of his mind-bending carrot eau-de-vie! 🥕 🥕 🥕

Today marks a significant transition for as our downtown Mystic store comes under new stewardship. We have loved every moment of the past 4 years and while it is bittersweet, we know that the store is in good hands moving forward. Making a fine wine shop in Mystic was always our dream and we accomplished that. What a wild ride! The most important parts of what we created are not changing. The shop will still be slinging cool wine and our amazing staff will still be there to help with all of your beverage needs ( ). The new steward of Ryan Fochtman is the perfect person to lead the shop into the future. Our family has grown since founding the shop, and we have moved farther down the shoreline but Mystic will always have a piece of our heart. Thank You to our entire community, you have our heartfelt gratitude for all of the support. David & Pamela

is one of the most iconic properties in Provence. Located in Cassis, they have been producing wine under the same family for a hundred years (and the vineyards date back to the 12th century). They recently introduced a Provence appellation rosé grown from vineyards between Cassis and Bandol. This salty and refreshing wine has the perfect pop of fruit and is most everything we are looking for from this classic style! Everything that the ocean of rosé plonk wishes it was.
