Thai Chicken Stir Fry with Green Beans 🍲 How good this looks ?

Ingredients:
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha or chili garlic sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Cooked jasmine rice, for serving

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, heat the remaining 1 tbsp of vegetable oil.
4. Add the garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Add the green beans and red bell pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until they begin to soften.
6. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce over the ingredients. Stir to coat everything evenly and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
8. Add the roasted peanuts and green onions, and toss to combine.
9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
10. Serve hot over jasmine rice and enjoy!

Create a tasty and nutritious dinner with this easy Salmon, Shrimp, Corn, and Broccoli recipe. This combination of fresh ingredients is sure to please everyone at the table.

You will need:

- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 ears of corn, kernels removed (or 1 1/2 cups frozen corn)
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 tbsp olive oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon wedges (for serving)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
2. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp of olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Rub the garlic and olive oil mixture over the salmon fillets.
4. Arrange the shrimp around the salmon fillets. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp of olive oil.
5. Scatter the corn kernels and broccoli florets around the salmon and shrimp.
6. Place lemon slices over the salmon fillets.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and the shrimp are pink and opaque. The vegetables should be tender.
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes.
9. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

WOULD YOU EAT THIS EXQUISITE BEEF TENDERLOIN IN A VELVETY PEPPERCORN REDUCTION 🥩🍷✨

Ingredients:
For the Beef Tenderloin:
2 pounds beef tenderloin, trimmed and tied
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
For the Peppercorn Reduction:
1/4 cup black peppercorns, coarsely crushed
1 cup beef broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup red wine
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 small shallot, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef Tenderloin:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub the beef tenderloin with olive oil and season generously with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a large ovenproof skillet, heat a bit more olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and fresh rosemary sprigs to the skillet.
Sear the beef tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Roast the Beef Tenderloin:

Transfer the skillet with the seared beef tenderloin to the preheated oven.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 135°F (57°C) for medium-rare.
Remove the beef from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Prepare the Peppercorn Reduction:

While the beef is resting, make the peppercorn reduction.
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
Add the finely chopped shallot and minced garlic, and sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the crushed black peppercorns and cook for another minute.
Pour in the red wine and beef broth, stirring to combine. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer until the liquid is reduced by half, about 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes, or until the sauce thickens. Season with salt to taste.
Serve:

Slice the rested beef tenderloin into thick medallions.
Drizzle the velvety peppercorn reduction over the sliced beef.

Savor the delicate taste of Sole Meunière, a traditional French dish with a light lemon-butter sauce.

You will need:

- 4 sole fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions:

1. Prepare the fish: Pat the sole fillets dry with paper towels. In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

2. Heat the butter and oil: In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat until the butter is melted and begins to foam.

3. Cook the fillets: Place 2 fillets in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the fish is golden brown and flakes easily with a fork. Transfer the cooked fillets to a plate and keep warm. Repeat with the remaining fillets, adding more butter and oil as needed.

4. Make the sauce: Once all the fillets are cooked, add the lemon juice to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted and the sauce is smooth.
