Hello family & friends,

I hope this message finds you happy and in good health! I know we all have a lot on our minds these days, so I won't take too much of your time.

Like most of the hospitality & restaurant folks in Florida, I was laid off back in March due to COVID-19, and I vowed to make limoncello with this lemon life has given me. So here it is....

It is with great pleasure that I announce the creation of BlueFlamingo BottleShop - an online wine & beer shop specializing in restaurant-caliber selections delivered directly to your home or office. So items you'd normally find "in house" will now be at your house.

I've put together an opening list I'd proudly put in front of you if you were in any of my former restaurants. I'm adding items weekly based on what I find new and delicious, and what you all tell me you want to drink. Longing for a glass of your favorite sparkling rosé but the bar is closed? Ask me, I will likely have something similar OR may even be able to procure the exact wine you need.

There will also be bottle clubs for wine AND beer, composed packages for focused beverage study, swag & merch, and surprise packages available. The idea is to try to keep the spirit of restaurants & bars in our hearts while we have to remain socially distant for safety.

Deliveries will begin mid-August in 4-6 Florida counties, with pre-sales in the days leading up to the 'grand opening'.
