The history of Aurora begins in 1875, with the arrival of the immigrants from the north of Italy. Established in the South of Brazil, in Serra Gaúcha, where they found terroir and climate similar to those of their country of origin. Thus, the European habits and culture were not abandoned, and the old art of winemaking was soon recaptured.

This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon has a beautiful red ruby color. Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and red fruits. It has an excellent complexity and harmony in the mouth, and is very pleasant.

Suggested food pairing: Mainly red meat dishes, like grilled Picanha (Brazilian special cut), lamb ribs, roast beef or filet mignon sandwiches. Also very good with cheeses like Gruyère.
