As a chef with 20 years of experience, on a trip to Japan, I was given this No.1 Tazaki Knife by a famous blacksmith. It is truly the sharpest and most durable knife I have ever used.
💯Only 3 seconds to cut bones, meat, vegetables and fruits extremely fast and sharp. The processing is simple, I want to buy more, but because of the pandemic, it was very difficult to order from Japan. The other day when seeing this knife on online store, I was so happy that I ordered 2 to use for 4000 Pesos/piece.
😡But it is FAKE. Very thin, light to hold. Poor workmanship. Just after 2 days, it's broken when I chop bones. The real one is made from solid steel, stainless, so it is very sturdy.
