Henry “Carl” Ramos invented the Ramos gin fizz in 1888 at his bar, the Imperial Cabinet Saloon on Gravier Street, New Orleans. It was originally called a "New Orleans fizz" and is one of the city's most famous cocktails. At Port City Spirits we honour this sweet-tart signature with our own Gantry Gin and a team of “shaker men”.

Come down for a sip of this frothy classic. Fridays 5 pm ‘til 11 pm.

SOLD OUT!!! We are currently out of stock. Our brewer and distiller is hard at work at the moment to get our supply back up. We will take a temporary pause until we build up our stock again. We are excited to share our new botanical liquors with you all in the near future.

In the next few weeks we will be back in action and have a minimum of 3 bands performing at the distillery between now and Christmas.

We look forward to seeing you soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Autumn's arrival signals the season of ripe rosehips. We have been foraging local forest edges here in the Great Bear Rainforest to collect these these vibrant, red treasures, plump with flavor and brimming with the essence of Northern BC.

Over the next few weeks we will craft these treasures into the Rainforest's Essence in a Bottle.
