1.5oz white rum
0.5oz simple syrup
1oz lime juice
Club soda
7-8 mint leaves

Muddle 4-5 mint leaves in a shaker. Add lime juice, simple syrup, and rum. Add ice and shake. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with club soda. Garnish with remaining mint leaves and serve!

-2oz gin
-0.75oz lime juice
-0.5oz simple syrup
-6-8 fresh basil leaves

Muddle 6 basil leaves, simple syrup, and lime juice in a shaker. Add gin. Add ice and shake. Using a mesh strainer, strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with remaining basil leaves and serve!

2 dashes Angostura bitters

Add simple syrup and bitters to a rocks glass. Add a block of ice and add bourbon. Express oils from a slice of orange peel over the top and drop into the glass or discard.
