Today we offer a truly unique wine; a very limited release of Gran Faustino 1955, a one-off wine produced. This wine was released in October 2018 and we are fortunate enough to have 30 BOTTLES allocated to us.

This wine has been stored in perfect condition in Faustino's cellar since its original release in 1963, and is presented in a tall, matt, Rhine-style bottle, which was very popular in La Rioja in the 1950’s. The labels and capsules have been refreshed, but the wine is still sealed with the original cork. All the bottles have been tasted and approved by Faustino.

Recently a bottle was presented to James Suckling for sampling and he loved the wine stating: "Faustino Gran Vintage 1955 still showing freshness. Classic Rioja ages so well."
