MARTES DE RESEÑA | Se construyó en el terreno que ocuparon el Club Alemán y el Casino Militar. Se inauguró en 1975. El proyecto estuvo a cargo de Fernando Ríos, Carlos Palacios, Jorge Coronado y Enrique Azmitia, quienes crearon un edificio en concreto armado con un elemento central en forma de cilindro, alrededor del cual se desarrolla un sistema de rampas.

Originalmente contaba con un solo elevador continuo, el cual fue diseñado para el equipo de valet parking que se encargaría de aparcar los vehículos. Recientemente se le agregó uno nuevo para clientes.

Luego de 46 años de haber sido inaugurada, la Torre de Estacionamientos se ha convertido en parte del paisaje urbano del Centro Histórico.
