Sunday 2nd Feb / 2:30pm  Love your Guinness? Course you feckin’ do. The UK can’t get enough of the black stuff (quite literally) but is it the best?

Why not put your money, and your Stout, where your mouth is and come join us for the ultimate Stout Sunday - A Nitro Stout knockout challenge!  On Sunday 2nd Feb, post roast time of 2:30pm, you’ll be part of a blind tasting posse that will pit ‘The G’ against a range of contenders.

The challenge is simple - vote for whichever is your favourite, with the winner going through to the next round.

Who will come out victorious? Who The G knows!

Tickets are £12 and we’ll be offering special samosas from the awesome our neighbours Spice Of Life!

Sun 22nd Dec from 1pm 🍇 🍷   We’re turning our cosy little new home into a grape lover’s Xmas haven, offering up 3 delectable vinos - one white, one orange (or rose) and one red, plus a selection of cheese for £20 p/p!

We must warn you this has already caused quite a stir among our regulars so get down early before the last Drop is poured!

Sadly for our vegan friends whilst the wines are vegan (and organic) the cheese sadly is not, but if you BYO cheese we can offer you just the wines.

As part of third ‘Brighton Independents Beer Crawl’ we’re proud to be welcoming both breweries to our little patch of the Open Market on Sat 30th November at 12:30pm

We’ll be hosting a guided beer tasting with beer from both breweries, including their special collab Pale Ale ‘It’s A Thing’ - with Kat from and .joseph in attendance!

And we’ll be playing a quiz as we go with prizes for the winner and runner-up around the theme of ‘Is That A Thing?’

Tickets cost £12 for 3 x2/3 pours and are limited. But we’re not making a thing of it. Follow the link in our bio to claim yours!

Northern Monk Patrons Project 41.04 Bobbi Abbey x Two Flints x Pretty Decent  You get so used to Northern Monk’s patrons cranking out amazing can art for their Patrons Project series that it takes a visiting American losing their absolute mind over this latest release with & to remind you how great they are.

And, given how expensive these wrap around covers are to produce, how easy it is to take them for granted.

Fortunately this beer is art on the inside too with bags of Apricot Jelly sweets courtesy of the catchily named experimental hop HBC 1019, and a slew of tropicality thanks to Motueka, Nelson Sauvin & Sabro.

Brewed to celebrate Oktoberfest, these malty lagers are brewed strong - dangerously drinkable at 5.8%.

It’s super clean with a wonderful balance of rich, bready malts and light spicy bitterness

They’ve been a popular choice today on our new cafe tables (ooohhh!)

We now have four taps of incredible beer.

In addition to the delectable Pilsner we’ll have a rotating tap of their hoppy and our sour creations.

Then on the other two taps a rotating list from some of the best breweries around the UK (and possibly beyond!) We currently have Sundialer Pale Ale that’s juicier than a market fruit stall and Lewes’ own flagship for a reason Parade IPA.
