Warm Up this Winter with a Hot Toddy !! 🥃

Ingredients:

- 50ml Single Malt Whisky
- 75ml Boiling Water
- 25ml Honey
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 3 Pieces of Clove

Method:
1. Put a bar spoon filled with runny honey in a tumbler.
2. Pour Whiskey, lemon juice, & 3 cloves into the tumbler with a jigger. Top up with boiling water.
3. Stir the Liquid slowly with a bar spoon.
4. Garnish with a wedge of Lemon.

A Gimlet is a gin-based cocktail that dates back to the Jazz Age. In spite of the simplicity of the recipe, there are multiple ways to prepare it. Gin is always the base, but disputes arise from there.

Ingredients:

- 60ml Gin
- 25ml Fresh lime juice
- 25ml Simple syrup
- Cucumber wheel or lime wedge
- Ice

Method:
1. Add the ice, gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a shaker.
2. Mix vigorously with a bar spoon until very cold.
3. Strain and pour into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Garnish and serve right away.

Mrs. Claus, our favorite Christmas cocktail!! 🍹

Receipe - Mrs. Claus Cranberry Cocktail

Ingredients:

- 50ml of Cranberry Juice
- A cinnamon stick or 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 50ml Whiskey or Bourbon
- 1-2 Tablespoons of Rosemary Simple Syrup
- Ice Cubes

Method:

1. Break the cinnamon stick in half or add in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to shaker.
2. Fill shaker with cranberry juice, whiskey/bourbon, rosemary simple syrup and ice.
3. Shake for 30 seconds. Pour into glass.
4. Serve with rosemary sprig, dried orange slice and sugared cranberries.

Check out this easy recipe for a bar quality

Ingredients:

- 50ml Vodka
- 25ml Blue Curaçao Liqueur
- 150ml Lemonade
- 1 slice Lemon

Method:

- Fill a highball glass with cubes of ice
- Using a jigger, measure 50ml vodka and 150ml lemonade into the glass
- Stir the mixture until well combined. Drizzle 25ml blue curaçao liqueur over the mixture
- Garnish: Using a sharp knife and chopping board, cut a slice of lemon and secure onto the rim of the glass and garnish with a sprig of mint

Recipe - Classic Shaken not Stirred Martini with Vodka 🍸

Ingredients:

- 50 ml Vodka
- 10 ml Dry Vermouth
- 3 Whole Green Olives
- Ice Cubes

1. Take vodka, dry vermouth and ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and shake it vigorously
2. Strain and pour mixed drink in serving glass
3. Skewer green olives on a cocktail pick and rest it inside chilled glass and serve (If olive is not available, then use lemon twist or lemon zest for garnishing)

- 180 ml boiling water
- 1 chai tea bag
- 60 ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
- Cinnamon stick for garnish

Method:

- Pour the boiling water in a mug and steep the tea bag for 3 to 5 minutes, Remove the teabag
- Stir in the Baileys
