SURPRISE! We've put together a very special release of a future canned release. Our Barrel Aged Cosmo will be pouring on tap at just in time for this weekends FIZZ event.

Hibiscus, Redcurrant and Navel Orange aged on french oak chips, a meticulous and exciting exploration of fermentation, maceration and distillation techniques culminating in a drink thats both familiar and distinctive.

Once again we've worked with fermentation wizard .koether to develop an outrageously tasty pineapple tepache, blended with toasted coconut-spiked local cane spirit and the added goodness of hops. It's a tropical vacation in every sip.
