Who doesn’t like Rachel Ray? Who doesn’t like Food Network? As a fan of both, we have been inspired to make Aldio Kalamansi Dessert to beat the heat this coming summer season.
Inspired from the Limoncello Dessert of Rachel Ray - www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/rachel-ray, here is a sorbet that is both nutritious and thirst quenching.
KALAMANSI DESSERT / LIMONCELLO DESSERT
Ingredients:
1 pint lemon sorbet 1 pint vanilla ice cream
4 jiggers Aldio Kalamansi Liqueur 1 lemon, zested
Wafer cookies, for garnish
Directions
• Place 1 scoop of lemon sorbet along ide 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream in each dessert cup. Top each serving with 1 jigger of the Aldio Kalamansi Liqueur. Grate the zest of 1 lemon on each bowl of sorbet and ice cream. Garnish cups with wafer cookies sticking out of the ice cream, then serve.

Here is a fast, simple, yet delicious dessert you can share on your date.
AFFOGATO COFFEE DESSERT
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla ice cream or gelato
1 shot espresso or 3 tablespoons strong brewed coffee
1 shot Aldio Coffee Liqueur
Instructions
1. Use an ice cream scoop or a cookie scoop to put a few small scoops of vanilla ice cream or gelato in a chilled glass, bowl, or mug.
2. Pour a freshly brewed shot of espresso or strong brewed coffee over and serve immediately.
3. Garnish with nuts or shaved chocolate, if desired.

Ingredients
• 2 oz. Vodka
• 1 oz. coffee liqueur (Aldio Coffee Liqueur)
• 1 oz. nut liqueur (with or without of substitute with finely crushed peanuts)
• 1 oz. chocolate liqueur (Aldio Chocolate Liqueur)
• Fine grated bittersweet chocolate
Preparation
1. Combine vodka and liqueurs in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into two cocktail glasses.
2. Top with chocolate.

Coffee Liqueur Brownies
Ingredients:
8 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 1 cup butter
5 eggs 3 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup coffee flavored liqueur (Aldio Coffee Liqueur) 2 cups chopped walnuts
Directions:
• Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a heavy saucepan combine the butter and unsweetened chocolate. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and well blended. Remove from heat and set aside.
• In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick and pale. Stir in the chocolate mixture and Aldio Coffee Liqueur. Fold in the flour. Stir in chopped walnuts if desired. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
• Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out almost clean. Be careful not to overbake. Cool for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars and serving.

Here is a recipe called “Valentine Serenade” – smooth, creamy, Chocolate Cocktail with a huge kick makes this the perfect after dinner drink on Valentine’s Day. Inspired by www.withblast.net.
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup chocolate liqueur (Aldio Chocolate Liqueur)
• 1/4 cup Cacao Liqueur
• 1/4 cup Brandy
• 1 t Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
TO DECORATE:
• 1 t Marshmallow Fluff
• Sprinkles, scattered on a small plate
Instructions:
1. Use the tip of a knife to apply a little Marshmallow Fluff around the rims of 2 glasses (small martini or liqueur glasses) – turn each glass upside down and press lightly onto the Sprinkles
2. Shake all the Liquid ingredients in a cocktail blender – pour into glasses and serve.
