Acknowledgment of customer care's email
If orders are received 3pm onwards, AM or Store may acknowledge the email to customer care the next day from 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM. If received on Saturday, AM or store may acknowledge on 7:00 AM Monday.
Response time

All pre-order received until Saturday, August 29 will be monitored by SPI team (HQ and Ops). Please be reminded that on Saturdays, AMs must monitor the gsheet from time to time
