At the tasting “Champagne Energy” you will meet winemaker Hervé Jestin and get to know his
champagnes, the most exclusive champagnes of the LES BULLES range.
Hervé Jestin was one of the first to apply the principles of biodynamic winemaking in the
champagne region. He has over 40 years of experience in crafting great champagne.
You will taste his newly released cuvées Clos de Cumières 2013 and Jestin 2008. Hervé Jestin
will also give a brief introduction to biodynamic winemaking.
The Jestin 2008 is probably the last big champagne released from the 2008 “vintage of the
century”.
The predecessor to the Clos de Cumières 2013, the vintage 2012, was dubbed “the best
champagne I tasted in my whole life” by vvWine blog.
