1 WEEK!
T-Minus 1 week until end of year lottery!
Remember you must be present either in person or on zoom.
We will be at the Haddon location for those who want to attend in person.
In person signups start at 1pm and will last until 3pm. We will have some finger foods etc for those who attend person!
** IF YOU ARE ATTENDING IN PERSON PLEASE DO NOT PARK IN THE FRONT OF THE STORE**
Those who want to attend via Zoom.
We will post the link on the page probably around noon.
You can realistically log on at 1 but it will be pretty boring 😅 we ask anytime between 2pm-3pm for signups.
**IF YOU ARE ATTENDING VIA ZOOM YOU NEED TO SIGN IN WITH YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME, IF YOU SIGN IN UNDER IPHONE098275 WE WILL NOT LET YOU IN. WE WILL HOWEVER MESSAGE YOU ON ZOOM TO TELL YOU TO RE-SIGN OR EDIT THE NAME**
- You will sit in the waiting room until we add your name to the wheel then we will grant you access to the zoom. (Just fyi)
Once the lottery starts.
If you're in person and your name gets picked, simply come up and grab the bottle you want, hang out to see if you get pulled again or head downstairs and pay.
If someone in person wins we will communicate with the zoom members via the text chat what was chosen. We will also screen share the wheel and flip back to the list and delete bottles as they get chosen.
If you are on Zoom, we will switch the screen over to the list of what's available you then put your choice in the text chat (not via voice as it's loud in person and we can't hear you) We will confirm your choice pull it from the table/ list of bottles and label it with your name.
We repeat this process until all names are off the wheel or we run out of bottles.
Remember you can win twice this year!
Entry breakdown for those new or have been living under a rock:
Based on store picks purchased throughout the year.
6-7 bottles = 1 entry
8-9 bottles = 2 entries
10-11 bottles = 3 entries
12-13 bottles = 4 entries
14 bottles = 5 entries
15+ bottles = 6 entries
The cutoff to get more bottles will be end of day on the 27th for buena, egg harbor, and sewell locations.
Haddon you can buy up until 3pm when we stop taking names for the wheel!
