Please don’t chop the green leaf so small. It browns really quickly that way. A quick rough chop is all it needs thanks!

Don’t forget to bag ice ice baby everyday from now on. Everyone is responsible for at least 5 bags a day if needed .

So, not sure what went on yesterday but the freezer order never got put away, only 4 things in the list got done , some tag teamed which didn’t need to be. Pepperoni and cheese wasn’t done, the left grab and go is basically empty, broccoli salad want done, shortcakes weren’t made…. Basically nothing in the list got done. There are only 3 wraps in the grab and go for a Friday lunch, the meatballs and pulled pork as well as THE BRAND NEW PORK AGAIN! This is not ok, I scheduled very heavy so the list could get down and we would be in good shape for the holiday weekend. Yesterday was the slowest day all week and at one point we had 5 people here…

Hey guys,
