#劏青蛙 源於2020年一項虛擬跑山比賽(ZERO Edition Virtual Cross Frog Run)，因為香港島的形狀似一隻青蛙，由港島東行到港島西，貫穿香港島嘅路線就好似將青蛙劏開一半咁，絕對係香港山友最有趣嘅行山挑戰之一。劏青蛙唔單止具挑戰性，仲係一個完美嘅機會比我哋沿途欣賞同認識港島嘅好風光～⁣⁣

You see, the shape of Hong Kong Island resembles a frog, so crossing the island from east to west is like going across the entire frog. It's not only a challenging hike, but also a fantastic way to appreciate the stunning scenery of Hong Kong Island.⁣⁣
