Did you know that tequila can only technically be called tequila if it is made in the Tequila region of Mexico?

On the other hand, Mezcal can be produced anywhere in Mexico, although it's typically produced in the Oaxaca region. mezcal is usually produced in Oaxaca.

Missing the sun? Enjoy summer in a glass with a Black Cow, Honey & Lime Slushie. All-natural, super simple, and seriously refreshing. Recipe 👉

INGREDIENTS

• 50ml Black Cow
• Two limes
• Two dessert spoons of honey
• Two dessert spoons of hot water
• Plenty of crushed ice

(Makes one)

STEP-BY-STEP

• First, make a honey syrup but combining the honey and the boiling water and stirring for several minutes.

• Fill a tumbler-style glass half full with crushed ice

• Squeeze the juice of two limes into the glass

• Add Black Cow, the honey syrup and fill the glass with more crushed ice.

• Give it a stir and garnish with a mint leaf.

We're relaxing into the end of the week with a Don Julio Paloma 🍹

Ingredients:

1.5 oz Don Julio Reposado Tequila
1 oz Fresh Grapefruit Juice
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Splash Soda Water
Grapefruit Peel (Garnish)

Directions:

1. Combine tequila, juices, and agave nectar in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake well and strain into a Collins glass over ice.
3. Add a splash of soda water and garnish with grapefruit peel or lime wedge.

Enjoy! 🙌🏼

To make the famous Bond martini:
3 ounces gin
1 ounce vodka
1/2 ounce Lillet Blanc, or dry vermouth
