This newly released barrel select was rested in Willet Bourbon Barrels for 6 months in the San Francisco Bay Area. The sweet aroma of bourbon is followed by a well-balanced captivating medley of Rhubarb, Cinnamon, Clove, Fresh Orange peels, and California Bay leaves that are a delight on the palate. The intermingling of Willet Bourbon barrel-soaked oak and complex herbs has made this a well-rounded and rich Fernet. The bitterness is balanced with sweetness, yet no more than is needed, with very little cane sugar added.

With another year of maturation, the 6 Year Bourbon War showcases rich aromas of brown sugar, licorice, and toasted almond. Subtle notes of smoke and honey exhibited by the 5 year vintage have developed into a full palate of black cherries, cloves, and Tahitian vanilla. Pinhook has no established flavor profile or proof, only an ethos to produce the best whiskey every vintage. The Bourbon Vertical Series is a unique opportunity to follow a group of 1,350 MGP high-rye barrels as they age from four to twelve years, and experience the arc of flavors throughout the nine year journey. This release is the third of nine limited annual releases in the Bourbon Vertical series. It's a blend of 120 barrels originally sourced from MGP and aged at Castle & Key.

Benjamin Chapman is fashioned with a blend of 51% 10-Year Canadian Rye and 49% 7-Year Canadian Prairie Wheat. The rye is distilled by artisans with pure glacial water sourced from the northern Rockies in an old-fashioned pot still for a clean and flavorful profile. Aged in white oak casks for just over ten years, an optimum level of char adds complex layers of vanilla and spice.

The Canadian Prairie Wheat is distilled in continuous triple column stills and aged for a minimum of seven years in American oak whiskey barrels for a rich and bold style of whiskey. Blended together for the perfect combination, the result is an exceptionally distinctive small-batch whiskey.

Each barrel is hand selected by us for harvest, once they’ve had time to rest in newly charred American White Oak barrels. Our minimum age statement is 8 years but in fact the majority of the barrels are in the 10-12 year range. On the nose you might pick up hints of cedar and dark cherry while on the palette you may notice apricot and fig with just a hint of dark chocolate. This is a smooth and well-balanced bourbon for being 86 Proof (43ABV).

Digits Bourbon is a collaboration between Scottie Pippen and Dave Phinney that focuses on distinguished and mature bourbon whiskey. To create digits bourbon, NBA legend Scottie Pippen tasted with Savage & Cooke's master distiller to blend five-year-old bourbon from stock Savage & Cooke already had in the barrel. Digits is aromatic and clean with notes of caramelized apples, brown sugar, and spice. It's smooth and there are no rough edges.

Broken Barrel Whiskey is distilled and sourced from the historic Owensboro Distilling Co. Eighth-Generation Master Distiller Jacob Call distills each barrel using 100% Kentucky corn sourced from local farmers. The bourbon and rye whiskey is distilled using a 54-inch Vendome™ copper column at the top of a beer still, along with copper condensers and a copper doubler.

This release of the Broken Barrel Reserve Oak Series is finished with stout beer staves and bottled at 115 Proof.

This is a blend of multiple types of malt and grain that Nikka reserves. Nikka From the Barrel was created to deliver full flavors and richness of whisky "from barrels" which only blenders can sniff and taste. As the whisky contains so many characteristic components at a higher alcohol of 51.4%, it is essential to let the liquid "marriage" in used casks for 3-6 months for it to stabilize and harmonize. The concept of the unique short squared bottle is "a small lump of whisky", which perfectly visualizes the rich and strong taste of the whisky inside.

Our premium Texas bourbon which is made from 70% Texas corn, 22% Pacific Northwest malted rye from Oregon & Washington, 8% Wyoming barley and our proprietary yeast recipe from Kentucky and Texas. Each bottle of Milam & Greene Triple Cask is a batch of three hand selected straight bourbon whiskies: our 2 to 3-year-old premium Texas bourbon for a pop of spice married with 3 to 4-year-old Tennessee whiskey for vanillas and fruits and 10 to 11-year-old Tennessee whiskey for structure and tannins. It is then proofed to taste and bottled on site.
