It's been almost 2 years since we went into the first lockdown. Hard to believe. Things have changed quite a bit in the last 24 months. One big change is the huge increase in online shopping. This change was inevitable I believe. The pandemic just ramped it up at an incredible pace.
I think we all have found many more options to purchase great products online, besides Amazon. I like that. We can now chose to support small online businesses and take advantage of the benefits they offer, such as a more personal customer service than what we usually get from the big stores.
