꩜ Are you a swirler?
You often see people swirling their wine like we did here - not only does it showcase the beautiful colour of this beaujolais (and make you feel like a wine connoisseur) BUT there is actually a valid reason for swirling
🍇 It can enhance the tasting experience by aerating the wine and releasing its aromas.
When you swirl the wine in your glass, it introduces oxygen, which helps to soften harsh tannins and allows the complex scents to become more pronounced. This process brings out the full character of the wine, making it easier to detect subtle notes of fruit, spice, or oak.
In short, swirling not only makes it look like you know your stuff, but it can improve your wine drinking experience - a win win really!
🍷 In our glass: Fleurie, Louis Tête 🇫🇷
A lovely perfumed red that oozes cherry, chocolate and fruity raspberry notes.
