Our Story
CrazysYp is Our Unique Liquor Store that does FREE Delivery of Alcohol. Here is our story...
My name is Saket Wakharkar and I am the owner of CrazysYp. I came to the US in my early 20s, completed my Masters in Computer Science. I am a former software (SAP) consultant. I use to travel Monday to Thursday for software assignments in multi-billion dollar companies and work from home on Fridays. Worked in corporate America for 10+ years and always thought that there was no quick and inexpensive way to receive alcohol delivered at home. I always use to know what I wanted and it was just plain frustrating to get up and drive my car after an exhausting Friday’s work just to grab a whiskey or a case of beer. So one lazy morning I thought it was time to fill this need...
Being a Texan at heart now (living in Texas for 10+ years Now!) I thought speed and fun go together well. So we decided we will deliver alcohol(for free) in 1 hour or less to our customers and make their evening fun-filled. This applied especially for weekends.
Another reason to start the company was to do public good by preventing DWI. Our belief is that we can significantly do public good by delivering alcohol to our customers. Our motto also helps reduce the spread of COVID-19 which are some more brownie points for us and we are delighted to do that.
