🌊Sardinia in Italy and 🏺Skiros in Greece have the same tradition. During carnival, men were masks, furs and bells, walking in the street with a rythmic way.

Simone says about his island, Sardinia: 'I think this tradition its a perfect description of the Sardinian people. They look, curvy, dark but have a lot of energy'. Watch him speaking on the first comment 👇

▪️ Coming back to Water Gems ▪️

🗣 The five days training happened in January in Gran Canaria and was all about connecting people from different European islands and together exploring embodiment: a powerful somatic method with elements of movement, theater, dance and more.
