The plating of our veggie pop up restaurant looking perfect. We added the Korí Metodo Classico 2016 with the curry, the Bombo Nero Buono Petilant Naturele with the buffalobutter and the fantastic Solina Bellone Vendemmia Tardiva with the carrotsorbet and rubarb. Not on the picture was the succulent dish of fermented berlottibeanspuree and burned couliflowerspread with crispy white vegetables and fermented cucumber. Proud of the team .nl
