You have to venture out of Missoula sometimes but when you do make sure to track down the best in local fare.

One of the things they say you must try when you’re in Porto, Francesina!

A sandwich made with ham, cured pork sausage, steak then covered in Swiss and a beer based gravy and finally topped with a cracked egg before baking the whole thing. It’s massive!! Make sure to pair it with a Musa Born in the IPA!

12 beers of Christmas Day 8! Powder Hound. This seasonal beer gets lighter every year. Once dark red, then light amber, now pale and light. That being said, it is a very drinkable pale ale with slightly bitter hops and a slightly sweet malt balance.

Happy Homebrew day!!! On this day In 1978 home brewing was officially legalized in the US. This would be the beginning of the American craft beer revolution!
