Old tea head of Pu 'er tea is a kind of Pu 'er tea, which is formed into blocks in the process of pu 'er tea fermentation. The shape is a lump of tea, which is produced by artificial pile fermentation. After brewing, the tea soup is thicker and very resistant to foaming. Tea heads refer to the tea agglomerated in the pile fermentation of Pu 'er tea. Compared with the rope-like tea, tea heads in the normal range of fermentation degree have richer contents, thicker tea soup and better foam resistance. However, most tea heads still do not spread out and are still sticky together at the end of soaking.
