All Goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment except for bulk purchase you may contact us by email for payment instruction. Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard or online payment methods. Payments cards (credit cards or debit cards) are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order. Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is applied to all of our services and products including our promotions. Return & Refund
1. If the product is faulty (damage), you can return it to us within 10 days. Refund including the cost of shipping back to us and the product paid excluding shipping fee.
2. Other than faulty products, we regret to inform that no refund will be made.
3. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return on product such as lingerie or under underwear item.
4. All promotions item is non-refundable unless the product is faulty.
5. Any return request shall only be made through an official email [email protected], provided that such notice has been received by us. We will not accept any return request through other communication platform.
6. The refund process shall take 5 – 10 working days from the date of the received refund notice. Full payment only
2. For bulk purchase, deposit of 40% is required upon agreement. Shipping & Undelivered Item
1. Currently, we only shipping within Malaysia. For international shipping please send an email to [email protected] for further enquires. We might able to send to your country.
2. Shipping to West Malaysia, a shipping rate of RM 7 for order amount below RM 100. Order amount above RM100 will entitle free shipping.
3. Shipping to East Malaysia, a shipping rate of RM 10 for order amount below RM 100. Order amount above RM100 will entitle free shipping.
4. Undelivered item or not received item by the postal carrier is not entitle for refund. Please contact your local postal carrier for further assistance. Unless, we made a mistake in the delivery from. You can choose to opt for refund including shipping fee or sent new item with free shipping. All promotion item refund on its promotion value not original value.
