Susegad is the way of life in Goa, the land where TINTO - Heritage Feni]] is made. Susegad refers to the relaxed and laid-back attitude towards life. Susegad by the Beach is a twist on the classic cocktail, S*x by the Beach. Using tinto Feni instead of vodka adds more character and tropical flavor to the drink.
TINTO - Heritage Feni]] 30ml
Ticonnie Liqueurs] peachy 30ml
pink guava juice 60ml
lime juice 15ml
sugar syrup 10ml (1 part sugar to 1 part water)
Method: Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake it. Strain it into a chilled coupe glass.
Glassware: Rock glass.
Garnish: Salt & red chilly powder rim and a Guava wedge.

20 ML Ticonnie Triple Sec
20 ML Black Pepper Honey Syrup
Splashof Orange Juice
20 ML Lemon Juice
Mix all the ingredients together in a shaker with ice.Give it a good shake and pour into a Martinin glass rimmed with black pepper

The Sultry Breeze

30 ml
30 ml chamomile infused blue gin for float
22.5 ml sambuca
22.5 ml lime juice
7.5 ml simple syrup
1/2 inch ginger
2 coriander sprigs

Muddle the coriander and ginger and add the gin. Stir for 30 seconds. Strain in the glass.

Then build the rest of the drink in the glass with a large rock of ice and then float the infused gin on top.

The theme for this drink is a breeze from a spice garden that has beautiful anise, ginger, coriander, chamomile and all the nice botanicals of the tickle gin.
It's sultry, it teases your senses - sometimes with the sweetness from Sambuca, sometimes from the spicy tingles of ginger and coriander, and lastly it calms with a chamomile kiss. All that, and yet so light like a breeze.

1) Calypso Fix - An after-dinner fix, a luscious libation that rivals any coffee house drink.
40 ML Brandy infused with Cocoa mint coffee, 20 ML Ticonnie Coffee Liqueur, Soaked Dryfruits for Garnish.

2) Sol’s Awakening – A cocktail for someone who has his heart and “soul” set around the konkan belt. An innocent baby pink, but a sipful of Sol’s Awakening sets your palate awash with an astonishingly piquant taste.
30 ML Vodka, 30 ML Ticonnie Triple Sec, 20 ML Kokum Syrup, 10 ML Yuzu & Tonic to top it off

3)Purple Patro : A drink inspired from Patro’s jaunts to the neighbouring royal kingdoms !
60 ML Tinto Heritage Feni, 20 ML Jamun Syrup, 10 ML Lemon Syrup, Dash of Black salt and top it off with Tonic

4)Fennel Flannel : A refreshing sparkly treat that is right on trend.
30 ML Ticonnie Sambuca, 30 ML Vodka, Fresh lime Juice topped off with Prosseco. Fennel for Garnish.

1) People who love Espresso Martini.
2) People who haven't tried Espresso Martini.
Let's be honest, not everyone has a fancy espresso machine lying around at their home to enjoy an Espresso Martini. So I decided to make the next best thing for you guys. An in-house coffee decoction that goes really well with Ticonnie Liqueurs]] coffee liqueur and earl grey infused gold rum, so that the tea lovers among you don't feel left out ;)
Ticonnie Liqueurs]] coffee liqueur 20ml
Earl grey infused Gold Rum 40ml
Coffee decoction 30ml (1tbsp coffee powder to 2tbsp hot water)
hazelnut syrup 20ml
Method: Pour all the ingredients in a shaker, add ice and shake it. Strain it into a chilled coupe glass.
Glassware: Coupe.
Garnish: Coco powder dust

Hibi liquorice

Recipe :
- 20 ml
Ticonnie Liqueurs] sambuca liqueur - 10 ml
Ticonnie Liqueurs] Triple sec liqueur -10 ml
Lemon juice - 05 ml
Liquorice powder - 5 gm

Direction :

* Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker along with ice cubes.
* Then shake and pour into a chilled Champagne Flute Glass
* Splash of hibiscus syrup

Garnish :
Hibiscus🌺 petals

Cocktail taste ;

You will need:
2 ounces vodka
1/2 ounce Ticonnie Coffee Liqueur
1 ounce espresso, freshly brewed
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: coffee beans

Steps:
1. Add vodka, coffee liqueur, espresso and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice and shake until well-chilled.
