Base Requirements:
*Event Planning Manager*
- 21+ Yrs Old
- Flexible Remote Availability Mondays - Saturdays For Virtual Planning Meetings (~ 1- 3Mtgs Weekly)
- Must Have Access To A Computer With Internet Access
- Must Have Telecommunication Access Which Includes Text Messaging
- $$$ - Monthly Contract Incentives(Pay Will Be Disclosed During Job Interview)

Minimum Qualifications:
*Event Planning Manager*
- Must Be Social Media Savvy And Familiar With Most Popular Event Planning Platforms
- Must Have Organizational Skills To Help Identify, Plan, And Prioritize Pop-Up Events. Creative/Innovative Minds Are Welcomed To Help Think Outside The Box And Propose New Ideas For Pop- Up Events
- Must Have Great Critical Thinking And Decision Making Skills In Order To Identify Different Event Opportunities That Are Aligned With The Mission & Vision Of The Business

*Operational Manager*
- 21+ Yrs Old
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexible Physical Availability On Weekends For Events (~ 2+ Events Monthly)
- Flexible Remote Availability Mondays - Fridays For Virtual Planning Meetings (~ 1- 3Mts Weekly)
- Physically Able To Lift/Carry Equipment Items 20Lbs+
- $$$ - Hourly Pay (Pay Will Be Disclosed During Job Interview)

Minimum Qualifications:
*Operational Manager*
- Must Have Great Communication And Social Skills.
- Must Be Comfortable Working With Others And Building Relationships To Promote The Business
- Must Have Great Leadership Skills To Motivate, Instruct, And Offer Guidance To Others
- Must Have Great Conflict Resolution Skills In Order To Address Disputes In A Constructive And Professional Manner
- Must Have Great Work Ethic, Focus, Dedication To Your Job Role As A Manager/Leader In Very Distractive Environments
