👋🏼 Merry Christmas from the man behind The Wine Haul — i wanted to say thanks for your support this year. We came up with our themed monthly wine subscription idea in May 2020 whilst on a spring booze cruise aka a walk around our local area with a glass of wine!
We thought, wouldn’t it be nice to feel like your on holiday whilst in your garden, accompanied by hand selected wine. All brought to your doorstep to save the trips to the shops. 4 weeks later we were up and running with our first Capri Box (a destination close we love to visit 🍋).
We are learning along the way and have developed our products into gift boxes and one offs alongside our exclusive 4 bottle wine subscription that comes with extra treats and a vacation destination ✨
Who knew that we would still be in and out of lockdown — here’s to #2021. Raise a glass (of your Wine Haul) and let’s go into the new year together 🥂 Jonny
✨ SUBSCRIBER EXCLUSIVE ✨ Belle Annee Rosè is a gorgeous pale (lighter than this filter!)

Sophie Valrose fought for women’s rights in the Languedoc vineyards and wineries in which she worked during the 19th century 💃🏻
The legend goes that she worked harder and longer than anyone else whether it be pruning the vines, training or harvesting but due to her being “the weaker sex” she was not allowed in the wineries or to be involved with the winemaking. She contested not only this but also the inequality of pay between female and male workers that seems, as a theme, just as relevant now as it was then.
Grape Varieties - Caladoc, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah
Tasting Notes - A pale, salmon-coloured rosé; exuberant and bold flavours of strawberry and citrus zest combine with a long, lingering finish.
The perfect accompaniment to canapés, salads, white meats and fish. Highly recommended match: Grilled sea bass with a garlic and herb crust plus roasted vegetables. More - Screwcap , Vegan , Vegetarian
