- We are seeking for the young, energetic, enthusiastic qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to be a part of our rapidly growing organization, who is capable of handling the below mentioned duties and responsibilities as a Head Of Operation
JD/Job Specification:
Developing, implementing, and managing operations processes and systems to
ensure a high level of efficiency.
The role requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as
the ability to lead a team of operations personnel.
Oversees the implementation and maintenance of internal controls to minimize
loss of cash, bank, other store assets and inventory.
Prepares and provides reports periodically on inventory level, slow moving items,
low profit margins, and projected sales volume and assess the target achievement.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality and complies with all legal requirements
of the job.
Maintain the regulatory compliance related to Income Tax Act, VAT Act, Excise Act
and other regulatory compliances
Ensure the reliability of accounting principles (NFRS,NAS, GAAP) and perform
internal audit on regular basis.
Maintaining relation with the investors and researching, inventing,discussing and
implementing the business development plans and meeting other business requirements as per need.
