SHIPPING POLICY
We process orders between Monday - Friday (US Central time). Our warehouse is closed during the weekends and holidays. So, we will not be able to ship out the orders during those times. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. The typical delivery time frame
is between 7 to 21 business days. However, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track them every step of the way! Packages may be faced beyond our control such as postal delays. Note: Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Due to COVID-19, we have seen some slowdowns in distribution times due to slower transit speeds. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
*Refund Policy*
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
