Our Exceptional Series Wheated Straight Bourbon Whiskey is going to be available tomorrow 12/13. The release will be broken up into three drops over the next 3 weeks. There are only 3 exceptional series wheaters coming to Illinois as of right now and we were lucky enough to get one! This particular barrel reminded us of a 2013 WLW when we picked it! The nose is subtle and sweet,gives off hints of cookie dough. Nice little spice on the front palette but flows right into this sweet, earthy, subtle oaky finish that just sits right on the tongue. This offering comes in at 127.52 proof and is just unique enough to be Exceptional.

- 75% corn / 21% rye / 4% malted barley mash bill

- This is a very big, very bold bourbon that drinks well below the proof.
