Forgot to post this one when it was finished. Got the guys over at E3/ silver water pumping a new addition to the sign we did when they moved into their new shop. There’s a lot of detail packed into this one but it matches their logo great.

We’re doing a drawing for one of our tailgate grills to help out. Anybody in the Luna community or that’s been a part of racing in our area in the past 30 years knows kevin. Quick little project we knocked out early this week. Insulated enclosure for a valve riser with removable doors.

Lead times are currently minimal for weld repair, cnc work, and new construction.

It’s fire pit season. Great for the camp, yard, or gifts for Christmas. This year we made the decision to go to 3/16” steel. We feel this is going to make for a superior product compared to the 10ga pits you see elsewhere or that we’ve built in the past.

Picture dump of some of the trophy’s and winners pictures throughout this season. Didn’t have a lot of pictures from the points trophies or the twin firecracker races. Thanks to Next Level Designs for the lettering and overlays, Dustless Media Blasting and Powdercoating LLC. For the powdercoat on the points trophies, and Super Bee Speedway for trusting me to provide the hardware for all the big races. Post is a bit late with racing being over for the year but I really wanted to share these pictures and credit the other folks that helped

The plasma table that’s served us so well the past few years went to its new home this week. We’ve got the new one in and cutting already.

What this means for our customers is
1. improved cut quality
2. Faster cutting speeds means less time on the table. Less cut time will bring down the cost of bigger cutting jobs
3. We can cut thicker material now, we’re still finding the limits of this machine mainly because I don’t have anything thick enough it won’t cut so far.

Pictures of a frame rail replacement we finished up last week. Undercoating was hiding some pretty serious rot. With the fall rains coming and work slowing down now is a good time to start checking over your equipment for cracked welds and aging material. Got a call last week for a customer that needed to make an alteration to some utility boxes. We came up with this setup to lower the lid 6”. We put braces on the inside to hold the lid in place and to support it vertically. Let us know how we can help with your next light industrial project. Had some unexpected down time this evening so i finally got to paint these pieces while we wait on material. I’ve had these cut and tucked in a corner for a couple months. Pretty hyped with how these came out

We recently finished up a rehab project on a large grill. Customer came to us with this thing in pretty rough shape. He wanted to fix and update as much as possible but still maintain the original look of the old family grill. We rolled a new bottom, cut some new grates, new lip around the doors, along with some other repairs. I’m glad we could save it so the customer can keep making memories for many more years.

I love getting to do anything racing related but doing trophies is hands down my favorite. I especially enjoyed doing these because of what a mechanics race is. Most of these guys have never driven a car competitively and might not get this chance again. The races didn’t disappoint either, these guys left it all on the track Saturday night at Super Bee Speedway. I wasn’t able to track down all the winner photos but I posted what I found. Special thanks to Tyler at Next Level Designs for the lettering. It’s always cool working with him on these projects. Keep an eye out for more hardware at upcoming events.

We’re starting to get more time back in the shop now that we’re nearing the end of a big field job. This week I’ve started cutting some more display pieces and a shaker screen for another racecar. I’m going to be working on knocking out the small backlog of orders that have accumulated over the past few months, after that we’ll be working on developing more new products and designs throughout the summer.

Now offering custom cut shaker screens for classes that don’t allow a nose pice. We’re also cutting spoilers, windshield bars, visors, and have a weld on kit for the pigtail springs if your rear end has had stock mounts cut off.
