Our Story
βAle & Cider House at Willamette is a traditional English style public house. The original building was founded in 1915. Prior to the CODVID-19 pandemic, it provided a place for people to gather and enjoy fresh food and drinks as a community hub. It was founded with the purpose of showcasing premier craft beer and cider from the Pacific Northwest and other selective parts of the world such as British style Cask Real Ale. It served not only as a spot to grab a drink and a bite to eat but also as a place to share in the local craft beer & cider culture. The traditional British-Royal inspired interior design sets a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving as the perfect backdrop for brewing nostalgic memories with your family and friends.
Ale & Cider House is home to Queen Orchard, 7Bev's own cider-winery production facility, where we produce premium craft hard-cider and blended wine (with cider). Queen Orchard owns and operates an apple orchard that is located on the beautiful hillside of a 65 acre farmland in West Linn, Oregon. We are growing thousands of multi-varieties of apples trees harvested to produce this premium cider. All of our ciders are based on apples freshly pressed onsite or at nearby apple farms in the Pacific Northwest region of the USA.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have transformed the same sprit of historical Ale & Cider House into the e-commerce based platform. We will provide not just premium alcohol beverages for customers but to offer a "virtual community hub" for craft beer, cider, and wine related people. Our mission is not just to market our own brand Queen Orchard. Ale & Cider House will operate as an "Open Market" for all other smaller, larger, and talented craft beverage producers.
