Now under the tutelage of Santiago Marone Cinzano, 10-generation winemaker for his family's estate, Col d'Orcia offers some of Montalcino's most sought-after wines.

Ross Cobb and his parents founded his eponymous winery in 2001, with the original parcels planted by his mother Diane in 1989. With a focus on single-vineyard Pinot Noir offerings, he also produces high-quality Riesling and Chardonnay. Marking the 21st vintage for the estate, followers of his wines will notice that he’s just updated the wine labels for the first time. Cobb produces wines driven by a sense of place and terroir, focused on cool-climate sites throughout the Sonoma Coast and Anderson Valley.
