Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom).

Domaines Ott was founded in 1912 by Marcel Ott, an agricultural engineer from Alsace who dreamed of establishing a great wine estate near the Mediterranean. Today, the wineries are owned and managed by Champagne Louis Roederer and produce some of the world’s most prestigious wines.

POMEGRANATE SPLASH 💦🍹

Ingredients:
• 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Potato Vodka (84 calories)
• 1 ounce Pomegranate Juice (POM Wonderful) (15 calories)
• 1 splash sparkling water (0 calories)
• 0.5 oz. freshly squeezed lemon
• Ice cube (or chilled in shaker)
• Garnish: Lemon zest and pomegranate seeds

Instructions:
Fill the shaker with ice. Add pomegranate juice, Blue Ice Potato Vodka, splash of sparkling water and lemon squeezed. Cover and shake for 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on the outside of the shaker. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Add pomegranate seeds and lemon zest.

National Prosecco Week! 🥂🍐🍋

Prosecco generally displays bright and crisp fruit flavors which are influenced by the grape varieties used. This makes it the perfect sparkling wine for any season, and any occasion!

This drink is citrus-forward and slightly complex from the botanicals found in gin, yet highly approachable, lightly effervescent, and delightfully refreshing.

Ingredients 🍾🍋
2 oz. Josh Cellars Prosecco 🍾(it’s on SALE!)
1 oz. Gray Whale Gin (it’s on SALE!)
A splash of lemon juice & simple syrup

Directions:
1. Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Fill the shaker with ice, cover it, and shake vigorously for about 20
seconds.
2. Strain the cocktail through a Hawthorne strainer (or a slotted spoon) into a champagne flute.
3. Top with Prosecco and garnish with a lemon twist.

A quick Tequila 101 📓🎉
Tequila is a distilled beverage made from the blue agave plant. Mexican law regulates that tequila can only come from the state of Jalisco and must be bottled between 35 and 55 percent ABV. When sold in the U.S., tequila must contain a minimum 40 percent ABV.

What is Tequila Made From?
Tequila is made from the sugars found in the blue agave plant. The plant’s core is cooked, which allows for the sugars to be extracted, then fermented, distilled, and sometimes aged. The length of time tequila spends in barrel determines the depth of color and the intensity of wood or oak character in the flavors.

The Most Common Types of Tequila:
· Plata (un-aged Blanco or Silver) · Joven (un-aged Blanco tequila that’s blended with Añejo or golden coloring) · Reposado (aged in wood barrels for up to one year) · Añejo (aged in wood barrels for one to three years) · Extra añejo (aged in wood barrels for at least three years)
