Sangiovese comes from the latin, sanguis Jovis, which means Blood of Jupiter... and that's just pretty cool. Tuscany is arguably the most famous wine region in Italy, and Sangiovese is the most common grape planted there. That being said, even within Tuscany this grape can be expressed in many ways! Come in this Thursday to see some expressions from Montalcino, Montepulciano and Chianti! 6 for $15 and starting at 5 per usual!
