Ingredients:

2 oz Stagg Jr Bourbon
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 oz Allspice Dram
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Ginger beer, to top
Lime wheel, for garnish
Candied ginger, for garnish

Instructions:

In a shaker, combine Stagg Jr Bourbon, ginger syrup, fresh lime juice, allspice dram, and Angostura bitters.
Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.
Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with a lime wheel and a piece of candied ginger.
Serve and enjoy responsibly!

Here's how you make it!

Ingredients
1 - 1/2 oz Cockspur Fine Rum
1 - 1/2 oz Condensed Milk
1 - 1/2 oz Cream
1 tbsp Chocolate Syrup
3 drops Vanilla Essence (we used vanilla extract)
Sprinkle Freshly Grated Nutmeg

Instructions
Shake well with ice and strain into a glass.
Sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg.

Cocktail of the week!
"Tamarind Tequila Sour" with El Mayor Reposado Tequila

Ingredients:

2 oz El Mayor Reposado Tequila
1 oz Tamarind Syrup (recipe below)
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Triple Sec or Orange Liqueur
Lime wheel (for garnish)

Tamarind Syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup Granulated Sugar
1/4 cup Tamarind Paste

Instructions for Tamarind Syrup:
In a saucepan, combine water, granulated sugar, and tamarind paste.
Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Strain the syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any pulp or seeds.
Transfer the syrup to a clean bottle or jar for storage. It can be refrigerated for up to two weeks.

Instructions for the Tamarind Tequila Sour:
In a cocktail shaker, combine El Mayor Reposado Tequila, tamarind syrup, fresh lime juice, and triple sec.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously until well-chilled.
Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass or rocks glass filled with ice.

How about a cocktail that's both adventurous and sophisticated, perfectly showcasing the complexity of Monkey 47 Gin?
Here's the "Black Forest Bramble":

Ingredients:

2 oz Monkey 47 Gin
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
0.5 oz Crème de Mûre (Blackberry Liqueur)
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Fresh blackberries and rosemary sprig (for garnish)
Ice cubes
Instructions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine Monkey 47 Gin, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well to chill the mixture.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Slowly pour the Crème de Mûre over the top of the drink, allowing it to gently sink to the bottom, creating a layered effect.

Need a cool cocktail recipe for the weekend?
Okay here's the "Smoked Maple Old Fashioned" with 1792 Bourbon!

Ingredients:

2 oz 1792 Small Batch Bourbon
0.5 oz Maple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Orange p*el
Luxardo cherry (for garnish)
Cedar wood plank or smoking gun (for smoking)
Ice cubes

Instructions:

In a mixing glass, combine 1792 Small Batch Bourbon, maple syrup, and Angostura bitters.
Add ice cubes to the mixing glass and stir gently until well-chilled and properly diluted.
Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.
Express the oils from an orange p*el over the drink by squeezing it over the glass, then ri***ng the glass with the p*el before dropping it into the drink.

Extra touch...
For the smoky element, place a cedar wood plank on a flame-proof surface or use a smoking gun to generate smoke. Cover the glass with the plank or fill the glass with smoke using the smoking gun for a few seconds, then remove the plank or gun.
Garnish with a Luxardo cherry for an added touch of sweetness.

Instructions:
Rim a chilled martini glass with chocolate syrup and dip it into crushed peanuts to coat the rim.
In a shaker, combine Dogfish Head Roasted Peanut Vodka, chocolate liqueur, hazelnut liqueur, and simple syrup.
