Last night at the with our fellow vintners from . We had a terrific time and met so many wonderful folks! Patrick and his hospitality team put together a first-class event, including a cozy layout with string lights and fire pits, and a gorgeous spread of food. We ended our night at their PY Steakhouse, finishing our day with and absolutely stunning dinner. 🍷

The last of the grapes came today. For the next few weeks, we will be managing the fermentations. Overall, very very happy with everything. Working with independent (non corporate) family growers allowed us to achieve the hang time we hoped for 😍
