The idea for Broadway Bazaar started back in the spring of 2012 when a few of us working on Broadway wanted to downsize our show swag and unique memorabilia we had collected over the years. We didn't want to throw it away and those other online sites are too expensive with the fees, not to mention time consuming. Then it hit us....create an online store for you, our fans to purchase our rare, one-

of-a-kind items, handmade crafts and unique show memorabilia with a portion of the sale going to a Broadway charity. A small team of volunteers made up of cast & crew members as well as staff & musicians came together to make this idea happen. The next 6 months were spent collecting items, designing the site and then there was the beta testing. After a few minor adjustments, Broadway Bazaar went live on January 2013. Today, we are STILL run & operated by a small team of volunteers who work hard to obtain these rare and unique items & provide YOU, the fans an opportunity to own something truly unique and rare from your favorite shows & events. Every item you will find was either owned by or obtained by someone working on the GREAT WHITE WAY! In 2019, Broadway Bazaar expanded to Broadway Themed Decorations and Party Supplies as well as helping schools and theaters across the country fundraise. A portion of every sale made is donated to a Broadway Charity of the artists choice.

The idea for Broadway Bazaar was born while working on the 1st National Tour of Newsies. We started as Newsies On Tour Charity Shop offering strictly Newsies items while raising money for Broadway Cares / Equity Fights AIDS. Once the tour closed and we were able to look back at the experience and the overwhelming fan support, we decided to turn Newsies On Tour Charity Shop into Broadway Bazaar featuring items either owned by or obtained by those working on Broadway making our items that we offer a little more unique.

Today, we are STILL run & operated by a small team of volunteers made up cast, crew, musicians and producers who are constantly working hard to obtain Unique Broadway Memorabilia, One-Of-A-Kind Souvenirs, Rare Playbills in addition to Handmade Items like soaps, candles and clothing to provide YOU, the fans an opportunity to own something truly unique and rare from your favorite shows & events. For every item sold, a percentage of the sale price is donated to a Broadway Charity of the artists choice.
