Our mission has remained the same ever since our first store opened in the 1970s – to be the best market in town run by the best people in town. At the risk of sounding cheesy, our goal is to continually be a… well… “ideal market.”

From our bright, clean and safe store set-up to our friendly team members, every aspect of our store is geared toward that simple goal. We think we’re ideal, and we hope you agree.

We have a Maintenance team that does an AWESOME job of making sure our tanks are in compliance! At the recent KPMA Tank & Technical Conference, Rocket Oil was awarded the Large Facility Tank Excellence Award. It is the first time that any company has received this award twice! We have ALOT of these cute bug juice chair sets to 🫶🏆🤩GIVE AWAY!! Denise has been with Ideal for almost a year & she has made an impact on everyone she meets! She works mostly at our Center Street Store in Madisonville, but will step up and help wherever she is needed! Her Manager, Kim Pierce said, "Denise has always went above and beyond for not only our store, but also for her coworkers. She has never been tardy or absent. She adjusts easily to all situations and works very well under pressure. Her customer service is always excellent! She's always has a smile on her face! ASSOCIATE SPOTLIGHT! Nicole has been with Ideal for a year and a half. She is currently the Assistant Manager at the location on 1155 N Main Street in Madisonville, KY. Her manager said "everyone loves her" and her DM said "she works hard and always steps up when the alarm sounds! Associate Spotlight -Clarissa "Granny" Moseley

Help me congratulate Clarissa "GRANNY" Moseley from our Sebree store! She makes the best cookies and always serves her customers with a smile!!! From her Manager, Lisa Travers "Clarissa (Granny) is my Numero Uno Trooper! She has stepped up and taken control & is my second hand person. I can depend on her to cover shifts (open or close) when needed. She is DEPENDABLE, HONEST AND EXTREMELY HARD WORKING. Due to being short staffed, Granny is putting in 6, sometimes 7 days or may even come back in later that evening to cover a call in. Might I add she's 65 and unstoppable.
