Know as "honeyed wine" due to its fermentation process, mead is made from honey, water, and yeast. This Medium Sweet Honey Wine from Meadery of the Rockies is best enjoyed chilled or served over ice, alongside a charcuterie board 🍗🥖

Happy 🍷Today we're featuring the Sonoma AVA collection from Cline Family Cellars, which includes Hat Strap Chardonnay, Eight Spur Zinfandel, and Rock Carved Cabernet Sauvignon.

Hilary Cline's favorite wine from the Sonoma AVA collection is the Hat Strap Chardonnay. She describes it as an "incredibly balanced California Chardonnay, where the flavor profile is still bright and fresh, but has the richness and texture you'd expect!"
