The highlight of our SYLTBAR meetings is always the famous blind tasting. #WineWednesday
Each of us is eager to see whether we can distinguish between Mr or Mrs, and with Prosecco, it’s really not that easy, as Prosecco generally tastes very light and neutral. It’s not like Champagne, which always has a more intense aftertaste.
When we used to do tastings, we were often surprised that customers didn’t immediately recognize the difference in taste with SYLTBAR, which is naturally produced. With just a small sip, it’s really hard to tell which Prosecco is better. However, what becomes very clear is that after one or more glasses, our customers definitely notice that they feel good, don’t get headaches, or feel tired when drinking a glass of Mr or Mrs. It’s wonderful to see that the body simply doesn’t lie. That’s why it’s always important to pay attention to what you put into your body. The more consciously we live, the better we feel.

Let us teach you exactly how to properly open and hold a bottle of Mr or Mrs SYLTBAR, and pour it into a SYLTBAR tumbler or a glass. The sound of the pop from a sparkling wine bottle should always be quiet – not a loud pop to draw attention.
Please, please, please never hold the bottle by the neck (who likes to be grabbed by the neck?). Always hold it from the bottom, where the SYLTBAR bottles have a hollow groove. This makes it easier to hold the bottle and looks much more elegant and refined.
