2 oz Faccia Brutto Gorini or Nocino
1 shot espresso
A big scoop (or two) of vanilla ice cream of choice (we used @coolhaus Vanilla)
A drizzle of Graza olive oil
Sprinkle of @maldonsalt
Scoop one big ol’ scoop of ice cream into a mug. Top with espresso, Gorini or Nocino if ‘tis the season, a drizzle of Graza, and finish with a sprinkle of Maldon salt. Now who doesn’t like that?

Our next @faccia_brutto_spirits x @getgraza cocktail from @izzy_sees is a Siren Martini 🧜♀️:
1 ½ oz @getgraza Drizzle olive oil fatwashed gin (we used @isolationproof)
¾ oz White Vermouth (we used Atxa courtesy @demaisoneast)
¼ oz @faccia_brutto_spirits Centerbe
A final drizzle of Graza olive oil
To make fat-washed gin, combine the gin and Graza olive oil in a container with a seal-proof lid. Agitate the mixture and leave it at room temperature for about 4 to 5 hours for the flavors to infuse. Transfer to the freezer overnight to solidify the fats. Combine the Graza-washed gin, vermouth, and Centerbe, add ice and stir. Top with an additional drizzle of olive oil and garnish with a lemon peel 🫒🍋
In Ancient Greece, Hippocrates prescribed plant cures to aid all manner of ailments and considered dittany of Crete useful for stomach aches and helping the digestive system. Today the same herb is used to make Faccia Brutto’s Centerbe and offers those same post-dinner digestive aid properties. Just stay away from the rocks! (Just kidding, that’s some siren humor, this would be nice over ice, too).

1 1/2 oz gin
1 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes Fernet Pianta
Orange twist
Add the gin, sweet vermouth and Fernet-Branca into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with the orange twist.

We’re clearly excited about The American, a refreshing amaro-and-vermouth-based cocktail—inspired by the classic Americano.
It packs big punches of orange, cinnamon, and pine, with a touch of anise from a couple dashes of absinthe 🍊💙💦
2 oz Amaro Alpino
2 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes absinthe
2 dashes orange bitters
Club soda
Stir the Alpino, vermouth, absinthe and orange bitters in an ice-filled collins glass; top with club soda.
